A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What is included in the price?

Our example prices include labour, standard paint, minor patching, protection and cleanup. Tax, major repairs, moving heavy furniture and specialty finishes are not included. Every home needs a final written scope.

How long does a typical project take?

One standard room usually takes 1–2 working days. A two-bedroom condo is often 3–5 days; a small exterior may take 5–8 weather-dependent days. Drying time is part of the plan.

Can you help us choose colours?

Yes. We narrow down undertones, consider your floors and furnishings, then compare sample patches in morning and afternoon light. Colour guidance is included with a painting project.

Do we need to move out?

Usually not. We plan room by room and keep a clear path through your home. Ventilation and product drying guidance matter; tell us about sensitivities, pets and children before planning.

When do you paint exteriors?

Typically May through September, when surface temperature and a dry forecast meet the coating requirements. We do not rush a finish into rain.

Is this a real booking or quote?

No. Brushcove is a fictional concept by Lumina Presence. The calculator and calendar demonstrate possible website tools. No appointment is reserved, no message is sent and no payment is collected.
